WARNING! THIS IS A BAD PRODUCT! I was in the store, and then all of a sudden I saw something... ARTIFICIAL POTATOES! They were neatly in wrappers, I have a photo below, and I knew at the time it was to good to be true. When I got back to the hotel, I examined the new found marvel, I soon realized that boiling them was not an option
. I then reverted to baking (I am in more of a B&B, with a kitchenette), and 40 minutes later, a horrible stench arose from the oven, I took a look, and the potato was dripping all over the heating element. I then tried mashing them, this worked a bit better, but it was quite unsightly, and flat out gross.
